Icloud is a service that will be available in the ios and mac os x lion , ios 5 will be a free update for iphone 4 , 3Gs , ipad , ipad 2 , ipod touch ( third and fourth g ) and will be available in 12-10 , and the iphone 4S will ship ios 5 ready
